1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using EBO Stay ("the website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Booking & Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmed only upon receipt of advance payment. Prices displayed on the website are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. EBO Stay reserves the right to modify prices due to currency fluctuations or supplier changes — we will notify you before any changes affect a confirmed booking.

3. Cancellation Policy

• 15+ days before travel: Full refund of advance paid.
• 7–14 days before travel: 50% of total booking amount will be charged.
• Less than 7 days: No refund will be issued.
• Cancellations must be requested in writing via email or WhatsApp.

4. Modification of Bookings

Travel date changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please contact us at least 7 days before your original travel date.

5. Travel Documents

Customers are responsible for obtaining valid travel documents (passport, visa, ID proof) required for their trip. EBO Stay is not liable for denied boarding or entry due to insufficient documentation.

6. Liability

EBO Stay acts as an intermediary between customers and service providers (hotels, transport operators). We are not liable for: force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, pandemics); quality issues caused by third-party service providers; loss, injury, or damage during travel. We do, however, commit to assisting you in resolving issues with our partner providers.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — text, images, logos — belongs to EBO Stay and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Maharashtra.
